    OUR SERVICES WE ARE HAVING NOW

    We are now offering different positions: Full-time and part-time teachers. We work with different schools and centers in Hanoi. There are many kinds of schools: private school, public school and English center. Students aging from 3 to 15 years old.

    • Teaching hours at Hanoi Exploring

      Hanoi Exploring provides teaching hours to teachers can vary, the type of teaching positions we handle, and the specific agreements with educational institutions. For the full-time position, teachers can get 100 hours. Even more if teachers are interested, the teaching hours can be up to 150 hours.

    • Our schools and centers

      After 4 years, we have extended our network with many schools and centers in Hanoi. We are now having more than 50 partners for Kindergarten, public school, private school and English center.
      Our students aging from 3-15 years old vary English levels. When you work with us, it would be a chance for you to broad skill set, enhance classroom management skills, understand developmental stages deeply, broad perspective on education.

    • The curriculums

      In Vietnamese schools, English is typically taught as a foreign language, and the curriculum is designed to help students develop proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. To Hanoi Exploring’s schools, we are using different curriculums due to our goals. You would experience different environments and vary your teaching styles to each curriculum.

    • the GrapeSEED program is an English language acquisition program designed for young learners, primarily at the early childhood and elementary levels. It focuses on building English language skills through an integrated approach that includes listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The GrapeSEED program is known for its interactive and engaging curriculum.

    • The Montessori program is an educational approach developed by Dr. Maria Montessori, an Italian physician and educator, in the early 20th century. The Montessori method is characterized by a child-centered, holistic approach to education, emphasizing the development of a child's own initiative and natural abilities within a prepared environment.

    • "Oxford books program" is a broad term, and there are various educational programs, series, and resources developed by Oxford University Press (OUP) for different subjects and levels of education.

    The recruitment procedure at Hanoi Exploring

    • 1. Job Advertisement

      We work as an agency in Hanoi, and always in need of candicates. We post many advertisements on social platforms like: Facebook group, website,...

      If you are looking for a job, please find us as Hanoi Exploring!

    • 2. Application Screening

      When you apply for a job in our company, we will review incoming resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the minimum requirements.

      If you meet our requirements, we will send you an email to confirm and arrange an interview with you.

    • 3. Interviews

      We conduct online interviews with qualified candidates. Only an online interview with questions to know about teachers' experience, purpose, etc.

      Only one online interview lasts 20-30 minutes to find out your potential.

    • 4. Job Offer

      After an interview, we will send you the result within 7 working days.

      If you are a good fit, we will attach an offer letter sent by email.

      We have some supports regarding house allowances, providing a one-month scooter and laptop for teachers.

      Integration sessions are needed for teachers to get adapted here in Vietnam, so we put it into one of important parts in our company. In addion, we always provide training sessions, observations for teachers as well.
