Hanoi Exploring provides teaching hours to teachers can vary, the type of teaching positions we handle, and the specific agreements with educational institutions.

As a full-time teacher, you will teach at least 100 hours per month, 25 hours per week with 6 working days and 1 day off. We are potential to provide overtime hours for teachers if teachers are in need of hours. For each teacher, they can reach up to 150 hours per month. However, if you are interested in less hours, we can offer a part-time job with 80 hours per month.

In terms of working hours, you will work during the standard school time in Vietnam with earliest starting time at 07.00 AM

  1. Preschool/Kindergarten:
    • Preschools in Vietnam usually operate on a half-day schedule.
    • Morning sessions often start around 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM and conclude around noon.
    • Afternoon sessions, if available, may start in the early afternoon (01.30 PM) and finish in the late afternoon. (04.00 PM or 04.30 PM)
  2. Primary School:
    • Primary schools typically follow a full-day schedule.
    • Classes generally start in the morning, around 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM, and conclude in the early afternoon.
    • The exact schedule may vary among schools.
  3. Lower Secondary School and Upper Secondary School:
    • Secondary schools generally follow a full-day schedule similar to primary schools.
    • Classes typically start in the morning and finish in the early afternoon.
    • Some schools may have afternoon sessions for extracurricular activities, remedial classes, or other programs.

We offer daytime shift and evening shift for teachers. You can pick which one suits you best.
